There were patches of drizzle but that didn’t deter the hundreds of attendees, many of whom danced (some holding umbrellas), to our song list of the day that covered many of the hits of Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, Bobby Darin, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Tito Puente, Burt Bacharach, Stevie Wonder and others.<\/p>\n

We were delighted to receive a note from the organiser saying: “Thank you for your performance, what sounds I could catch up here sounded great. Thanks for coping for the hand dealt to us by the weather and hope you enjoyed it anyway……we had glowing reviews from the public who came out of their way to visit me at the office to let me know how much they enjoyed the band’s performance. Fantastic response. I bet I will be hearing about it for the next few weeks from the regular concert goers.”<\/p>\n
